Current legislation: Modern tenancy law for more climate protection

The Federal Cabinet has passed the draft law on tenancy law reform. This sets the legislative process in motion. What remains in the end remains to be seen. The draft concerns four sets of regulations: the energetic modernization of living space, the promotion of contracting, the fight against rental nomadism and protection against dismissal when converting rental properties into condominiums.
